This is the entrance to the main EU site, which has a huge amount of material on all aspects of the EU. The "EU law" section contains good summaries of the law making process within the European Union, as well as access to legislation and case law, via EUR-Lex (see below).

Lots of information about the workings of the court, and access to the case law in English and French. The monthly Case-law Digest, being a summary of important recent decisions of both the Court of Justice and the General Court, is a good place to start.
