European Union law
This is the entrance to the main EU site, which has a huge amount of material on all aspects of the EU. The "EU law" section contains good summaries of the law making process within the European Union, as well as access to legislation and case law, via EUR-Lex (see below).
European Court of Justice
Lots of information about the workings of the court, and access to the case law in English and French. The monthly Case-law Digest, being a summary of important recent decisions of both the Court of Justice and the General Court, is a good place to start.
“The Summaries of EU legislation inform on the main aspects of the European legislation, policies and activities in a clear, easy-to-read and concise way. These Summaries are intended for a general, non-specialized audience and cover 32 topics corresponding to the activities of the European Union.”
Direct, searchable access to the Official Journal of the European Union.
UK Government Brexit Page
Contains official guidance from the UK Government on the new arrangements with the EU, including importing and exporting goods (and services), providing services, travel to the EU, and the particular rules applying in relation to Northern Ireland.
Rights of EU Citizens in Scotland
JustCitizens (a project of JustRight Scotland) have prepared a series of factsheets to help EU citizens better understand their rights to live, work, study and access healthcare, benefits and housing in Scotland. They are available here to download in English and other European languages.
