Scottish Law Online
Comprehensive set of links to sites bearing on Scottish property law (including conveyancing) and related issues: few of them unfortunately providing much by way of substantive legal content; for links to landlord/tenant/housing law sites (again with little in the way of reliable substantive content) go to www.scottishlaw.org.uk/lawscotland/landlord.html.
Nicely designed site focusing on English property law, including tenancy issues: also has useful links to other English law resources.

To that end, this innovative site offers style letters of obligation, due diligence questionnaire, completion checklist and SDLT documentation. Plus, useful links to property related sites.
This set specialise in housing law and related issues: the site gives access to a small collection of writings on housing topic by members of the chambers and most usefully, a complete set of the “eflashes”; accurate summaries of recent decisions of the English courts on housing law issues (also available in a free email service).
