Faculty Digest Supplement 1981 – 1990

The Faculty Digest comprises an exhaustive collection of summaries, derived from the headnotes of reported cases, of Scottish law reports from the Court of Session, High Court of Justiciary, House of Lords and the Scottish Land Court.

The Faculty Digest was first published for the period 1868 to 1922 and has then been supplemented for every decade to 1990. The Supplement for 1981 to 1990 is the only volume now in print, and includes for the first time coverage of cases reported in Scottish Criminal Case Reports and Scottish Civil Law Reports.
